Check In/Out: Occupancy begins at 4:00 P.M. on your arrival date. Guests are not permitted in the house or on the property (including the dock) until that time. Please plan accordingly.

Auto Parking: Deerfield Resort does not allow parking on the streets. All automobiles must be parked in the driveway. Extra cars can be parked at the Deerfield Resort designated trailer area also. Every auto must have a Gate Pass to enter the resort.

Heating A/C: Upon arrival, the house is set at 78 in the summer and 55 in the winter. Adjust as needed. Please maintain sensible heating or A/C settings.

Boat Launching: Boats can be launched from the Deerfield Marina. Trailers can be parked in the driveway or at Deerfield Resort's designated Boat Trailer Parking in accordance with their guidelines.

Dock: Bumpers are provided to help protect your boat. Help keep the dock area looking good by removing your trash daily. Please observe the NO WAKE ZONE in our cove. Be courteous to other boats tied to neighboring docks by idling in and out of the cove, jet skis included.

Towels: Please bring your own towels. Linens are provided.

Trash Removal: All trash must be TIED in garbage bags and put in the trash can at the front of the driveway. The trash removal service does charge extra for trash that is not bagged.

Kitchen: Please empty the dishwasher and refrigerator before your departure.

Groceries and Fuel: We are located 30 minutes from the major groceries and gas stations. Fuel and basic essentials are available at nearby Fast Freddy's', Sugar Hollow, Springs, or Shanghi marinas.

Gas Grill: Opening the propane tank is necessary. Also, be sure the lid is open when lighting. Please clean the grill with the wire brush. IMPORTANT: PLEASE COVER grill after it has cooled. Rain in the grill will make it hard to start and cause grease to leak onto the deck.

Locked Closets, Cabinets, Dock Storage & Boat Lifts are for the owners use only, and are to remain locked.

Pool Table: Please do not allow children to whip the balls by hand across the pool table, as it will damage the bumpers.

Stereo: Please do not hook up any other device to the stereo system. Do not disconnect or rearrange any wiring to or from the stereo.

Satellite TV: General Operating Instructions and Channel Guide is located with each TV. No pay per view movies or events are permitted.

Telephone: Local service is provided. ALL long distance calls must be collect, credit, or calling card. No calls may be charged to the phone. This also applies to all computers and fax machines

General Housecleaning: Please avoid bringing "Tennessee's finest" orange clay into the house. Remove your shoes indoors.

Furniture: Please avoid rearranging the furniture.

Maintenance: In the unlikely event you need maintenance during your stay, DO NOT attempt to fix anything yourself, please call 937-429-4886.
