Reservations
  1. Call the owners to confirm availability and request your dates and number of occupants.
  2. Review the sample rental agreement.
  3. The actual rental agreement will be mailed (or e-mailed) to you.
  4. Complete and sign the rental agreement and mail it along with your deposit.
  5. Pay your rental fee balance 90 days prior to your arrival date.
  6. You will receive keys for the house once full payment has been received.
